Humanities: We are beginning Chapter 7 in Social which looks at historical examples of rights and how the Charter of Rights & Freedoms came to exist. For ELA, we have completed our novel study and are now working on a Choice Board Project where students will complete 2 tasks, one that is on the creative side and one with an emphasis on writing.  Announcements: Please remind your child to check Google Classroom if they have been absent, homework and handouts have been posted. Parent Teacher Interview sign-up will open on Mon, Nov. 21 @ 9am November 24 th , they will be from 4:30 to 8:00pm and will be in person. November 25 th , they will be from 8:30 to 2:00pm and will be online via TEAMS.   Make sure your child is bringing proper gym shoes to school, boots should not be worn in gym or in class.
